• Set custom alert conditions
• Receive notifications through various channels

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not abuse, spam, or overload our monitoring systems
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your account credentials secure

Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions

Payments and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Billing Disputes: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@onchainwarden.com within 30 days of the charge
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscription Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
• Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us at support@onchainwarden.com with your account details and reason for the refund request
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method
• Partial Refunds: After the 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as service outages or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use the service
• No Refunds For: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused portions of subscriptions, or if you simply change your mind after the 14-day guarantee period
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues

Disclaimer of Warranties

Onchain Warden is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of blockchain data from third-party providers
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onchain Warden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Remove content that violates our policies

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard.
